We also offer a TV installation service, whether it's a new one that you've just brought or you're current TV. One of our engineers will come out to your home or office to set up and tune in your TV and will also explain the features it has so you can get the most out of it. Our engineers are also able to wall mount flat TV's.

The TV installation service we offer is carried out professionally and efficiently without causing any inconvenience to our customers and all of our engineers have been fully trained to set up and install any type of TV new or old. Price upon application.

Callouts, Estimates and Collection REALLY ARE FREE

We know that you may find this hard to believe but it's true. Most service companies will charge you a callout fee and charge you for an estimate so you're into about £60.00 before you've even started BUT NOT US try for yourself.

Our engineers will always advise you weather we feel the repair is worth carrying out or whether you are better suited buying a new TV.

Upon accepting your quotation of repair you will only be expected to pay any monies once the repair has been completed and the TV has been delivered back to you with the fault rectified. Payment terms are COD. Any parts not paid for remain the property of TV Repair Specialist. Once you have accepted your verbal quotation and have instructed us to carry out the necessary work / repair over the telephone, parts will immediately be fitted or ordered to ensure a speedy and efficient service. You are under no obligation to have any work carried out or to make a dissection straight away, and have right not authorise us to proceed with the repair and are invited to arrange a collection time and day of your TV, your TV can also be delivered back to you free of charge but this is done at a convenience of our delivery schedule.

Please be aware that calls may be recorded for verification and monitoring purposes. Upon accepting your verbal quotation you still have the right to cancel the work, but this must be done within 24hrs from receiving your quotation and via Email or telephone. Answering machine messages are not advised. Cancellation of work is subject to a 30% restocking fee (30% of parts only) and a labour charge to undo any work carried out. This applies as soon as you authorise the work.
